Pricing

Our charges are detailed in the table below. We charge an annual subscription for the service. We DO NOT invoice for the subscription until you have successfully made your first return and accepted it.

We also offer a checking service. This is if you need help getting your spreadsheet into a suitable format to upload. This is only available to registered users and limited by the type of spreadsheet - we don't have copies of every available spreadhseet package so may not be able to read your spreadsheet for example.

We do not want to charge you for a service that you can not use so we do not issue an invoice until you make your first sucessful return. This allows you to register with us and upload test spreadsheets and authorise us etc. Basically you can try before you buy.

We do not have a merchant account with our bank, payment for our service will have to be via Paypal or via direct transfer to our account.

We generate an electronic invoice and send you an email when it is ready. You can download the invoice from your login account.

We DO NOT email invoices directly to you. This is important to prevent fraud. If you get an email purporting to be from us and including an invoice DO NOT open it and more importantly DO NOT pay it. The only email you get from us will be to tell you that there is an invoice avaliable for our service or that your account is overdue.

The invoice will also appear in your login page.

All invoices must be paid within 30 days of invoice.

We can send you a paper invoice if you prefer but charge £1.00 Excluding VAT for this to cover first class post and materials.
